Public Grievance Camp Held in Gohad
A public dialogue and solution camp was organized in Gohad, under the Jan-Vishwas Abhiyan-2026, as directed by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. The camp, held at the Maharshi Arvind College premises in Bhind district, focused on swiftly resolving the problems faced by villagers.
The event saw participation from Collector Pawan Jain and local MLA Keshav Desai. Its primary objective was to ensure the resolution of common people's issues close to their residences. A total of 295 applications related to various departments, including health, public service management, panchayat and rural development, and Nagar Panchayat, were received.
Swift Resolution and Beneficiary Support
Of the applications received, 248 were immediately resolved, providing relief to the beneficiaries. During the event, Collector Pawan Jain distributed certificates to beneficiaries under the Meritorious Student Incentive Scheme (5 beneficiaries), Ladli Laxmi Yojana (9 beneficiaries), and Swamitva Yojana (5 beneficiaries). Additionally, 'Suposhan Baskets' were distributed to mothers of malnourished children.
Objectives and Directives for Officials
Collector Pawan Jain emphasized that the main goal of the Jan-Vishwas Abhiyan is to enhance public trust and confidence in government systems. He instructed the attending officials to perform their duties with utmost integrity and responsibility, so citizens do not have to frequently visit government offices.
Focus on Insurance and Environmental Protection
The Collector also provided detailed information about the benefits of the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Suraksha Bima Yojana, encouraging villagers to enroll in these government insurance schemes. Stressing the importance of environmental protection, he appealed to farmers not to burn crop residue (parali) in their fields after harvesting.
He explained that burning parali not only reduces soil fertility but also increases air pollution, which is detrimental to health. The administration also advised on registering ownership land leases under the Swamitva Yojana to prevent future disputes.
Presence of Key Officials
District Panchayat CEO Veersingh Chauhan, Additional Superintendent of Police Pradeep Patel, and एसडीएम Vikas Kemor, along with other departmental officials, were also present at the camp.
