'Public Safety Youth Creation Dialogue' Held at Government Sandipani Higher Secondary School

The 'Public Safety Youth Creation Dialogue' program was organized at the Government Sandipani Higher Secondary School in Damoh district on August 7, 2026. The primary objective of this initiative was to foster legal awareness and safety understanding among students, while also strengthening the bond between the police and the community.

Police and Education Department Collaborate for Student Awareness

Jointly organized by the Madhya Pradesh Police Headquarters Bhopal and the Education Department, the seminar saw a significant turnout of students. The event commenced with the traditional worship of Goddess Saraswati. Following this, Additional Superintendent of Police Shri Sujit Singh Bhadauria elaborated on the program's framework and objectives. He inspired students to adhere to the law, fulfill their social responsibilities, and become conscientious citizens, acting under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Shri Anand Kaladagi.

In-depth Legal and Safety Education Provided

During the program, various legal experts and police officers informed students about crucial legal provisions and safety measures. Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer Shri Narayan Patel provided insights into the Indian Constitution and the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act. SDOP Pathariya, Ms. Priya Sindhi, detailed the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act and the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.

Traffic Police Station In-charge Inspector Shri Dalbir Singh Marko explained the importance of road safety and traffic rules. Head Constable Shri Rakesh Athya from the Cyber Cell highlighted various aspects of cyber security and preventive measures. Women's Police Station In-charge Inspector Ms. Femida Khan informed female students about women's safety and relevant laws, empowering them to be aware of their rights.

Student Queries Addressed Effectively

Throughout the seminar, students actively engaged by expressing their curiosities on topics such as the Indian Constitution, women's safety, cyber security, and road safety, posing questions to the officials. The attending officers provided clear and effective resolutions to all inquiries, enhancing the students' knowledge base.

At the conclusion of the event, an appeal was made to all students to follow the law, remain vigilant against online fraud, and consistently adhere to traffic regulations.
