Environmental Awareness Drive with Plantation

In Narsinghgarh, social worker Gopal Vaishnav initiated a unique campaign on his birthday to foster environmental awareness among children. He participated in a tree plantation drive with students and teachers at the Government New Primary School, Thawariya Mohalla, Ward No. 1.

This initiative aimed to sensitize the coming generation to the importance of the environment and its conservation. Under the 'Plant Trees, Save Environment' campaign, a total of 10 saplings, including Champa, were planted on the school premises. Gopal Vaishnav elaborated on the vital role of trees, explaining how they provide oxygen, shade, and clean air essential for life.

Children took a pledge to regularly care for and nurture the plants until they grow, understanding their responsibility in protecting the environment. The campaign also emphasized the importance of sowing seeds for a greener future.

Artistic Contribution and Inspirational Initiative

To commemorate his birthday, Gopal Vaishnav also gifted the school a beautiful painting of Goddess Saraswati. This artwork was created by Rupesh Singh (Chitram Class), a local artist from Narsinghgarh. Rupesh Singh's religious and traditional art has garnered significant appreciation on social media, particularly Instagram, and his works are gaining national recognition.

This painting, displayed at the school, also aims to connect children with art and culture. Gopal Vaishnav stated that birthdays should not just be about celebrating with cake but can also be marked by performing positive actions for society and the environment. His initiative has been widely praised by the town's residents as an inspiring step.

During the tree plantation and gifting ceremony, prominent attendees included social worker Gopal Vaishnav. Also present were staff members from the Government New Primary School, Ward No. 1 Thawariya, including Nisha Vaishnav, teacher Dimple Soni, Anganwadi worker Rashmi Suryavanshi, and assistant Mamta Rathore. Other teachers and a large number of students from the school also participated.
