The Electricity Department is organizing a special contact campaign camp on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, in Narsinghgarh. The camp aims to provide swift solutions to the problems faced by electricity consumers.
The event will be held at the Community Hall in Teacher Colony, located in the lane opposite Hero Showroom. This initiative is primarily for residents of Ward No. 13 and 14, offering on-the-spot resolutions for their electricity service-related complaints.
Comprehensive Services Available at the Camp
Consumers will have access to a range of services at this special camp. These include:
- Issuance of new electricity connections
- Changes to existing load
- Name or category changes for meters
- Completion of e-KYC (electronic Know Your Customer) processes
- Obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs)
