Naugaon, Madhya Pradesh – October 4, 2026. A seven-day Shrimad Bhagwat Puran Katha has commenced in the holy occasion of Pitru Paksha, with the primary objective of performing rituals for the peace and salvation of the souls of ancestors. This religious event is being held in the historic premises of Shri Dulha Dev Temple in Naugaon, where a devotional atmosphere has been palpable since the first day.

Renowned Preacher Leads Devotional Discourse

The Katha is being recited by the famous preacher, Shri Ramchandra Pathak. Through his discourses, he is shedding light on the divine pastimes of Lord Krishna, the significance of devotion, dharma, and righteousness. The organizing committee has urged local residents to participate in large numbers to earn spiritual merit.

A large number of devotees were also present on the second day of the Katha. From the pulpit, the preacher elaborated on ancestral devotion, the importance of sanskaras, and dedication to God.
