The city of Sagar in Madhya Pradesh is set to witness accelerated planned development and expansion. The Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board will develop a new, modern, and well-equipped residential project named 'Mangal Vihar Dharamshri Colony' in Dharamshri Colony.

This initiative is a significant step towards the city's growth and aims to provide affordable housing and developed plots to common citizens. On Tuesday, the foundation stone for this ambitious project was laid by the Minister for Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Protection, Govind Singh Rajput, as the chief guest. It will be equipped with modern facilities, well-organized, and comprehensive, providing a better living environment for citizens. He emphasized that the Housing Board will offer houses and developed residential plots at affordable rates to beneficiaries, enabling middle and lower-income families to build their dream homes.

Minister Rajput lauded the state government's efforts under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav for the overall development of Bundelkhand. He highlighted that new development possibilities are being realized through investment promotion, infrastructure expansion, irrigation development, and improved urban planning.
