Public Grievance Redressal Event Held in Narsinghpur

A significant public grievance redressal event took place at the Narsinghpur Collectorate's assembly hall, where various issues faced by citizens were heard. The program was conducted under the guidance of District Collector Smt. Rajni Singh, with the presence of Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat, Shri Gajendra Singh Nagesh, and Additional Collector Shri Arvind Singh, who personally learned about the applicants' concerns.

Citizens from remote areas presented their application forms related to their complaints to the officials. A total of 80 applications were received during this public grievance redressal session.

Immediate Resolution and Clear Instructions Issued

Many of the problems presented were resolved by the officials immediately on the spot. For cases where immediate resolution was not possible, clear instructions were given to the concerned departmental officers to resolve these complaints within a stipulated timeframe.

In addition to the senior district-level officials, officers from various other departments were also present. They listened attentively to public issues related to their respective departments and took necessary steps to provide relief to the citizens. The administration's primary objective is to resolve people's difficulties on a priority basis, preventing them from having to repeatedly visit government offices.

Establishing Public Dialogue and Record Keeping

In line with the government's vision, an effort was made through the public grievance redressal to establish direct dialogue between the general public and the administration. All received applications have been duly recorded to review their resolution status in the future.

Officials also clarified that pending applications will be continuously monitored, and the process for their resolution will continue.
