Indigenous Fair Preparations Underway in Narmadapuram
A grand indigenous fair is scheduled to be held in Narmadapuram in the upcoming month of December. To finalize the arrangements for this significant event, a crucial meeting took place on Saturday at the Member of Parliament's dialogue center office.
Presiding over the meeting, MP Smt. Maya Narolia engaged in detailed discussions regarding the fair's framework with Keshav Dubolia, State Organizing Minister of the Swadeshi Jagran Manch, and Satish Chawla, President of Swarnim Bharat Foundation.
Promoting Local Products and Awareness
The primary agenda of the meeting was to promote indigenous products at the local level and raise public awareness about their usage. MP Narolia emphasized that this fair will provide a robust platform for local artisans, small entrepreneurs, and indigenous product manufacturers to showcase and sell their goods.
"This event will not only invigorate the local economy but also strengthen the spirit of 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' (Self-Reliant India)," she stated.
Giving a Platform to Local Artisans
During the meeting, it was agreed that the indigenous fair will strive to bring unique locally manufactured products to the national stage. The core objective of this fair, organized by the Swadeshi Jagran Manch, is to not only spread awareness about indigenous items among citizens but also to make their use an integral part of daily life.
Discussions also included various promotional and outreach strategies to achieve these goals. Representatives from the Swadeshi Jagran Manch, including department full-timer Akash Bhilali, senior department head Yogesh Setha, former divisional president Vikas Narolia, district coordinator Ashish Bhadauria, district youth head Kush Khandelwal, and Kanhaiya Lal Yadav, along with several other workers, were present.
