Lalitpur Police has once again hoisted its flag high in resolving public grievances, securing the first position in the state for the second consecutive month in the July 2026 state-level rankings. This remarkable achievement was made possible by the 100% quality and timely resolution of all complaints by the district's 16 police stations, setting a historic record.
In line with the Chief Minister's vision and under the adept leadership of Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Kumar Bajpai, Lalitpur Police effectively resolved all public complaints received through the integrated grievance redressal system. This includes complaints from the Chief Minister's Helpline, online submissions, applications received on 'Samadhan Diwas', and those forwarded by senior officials. The priority given to resolving these complaints underscores their dedication to public service.
All 16 Police Stations Contribute to Outstanding Performance
All 16 police stations in Lalitpur district, including Kotwali Lalitpur, Jakhraura, Jakhalon, Madanpur, Purakalan, Banpur, Bar, Pali, Mahrauni, Talbehat, Saujana, Madawara, Mahila Thana Lalitpur, Balabehat, Girar, and Narhat, played a significant role in this accomplishment. Each station ensured the 100% resolution of all received complaints, elevating the district's policing to new heights.
Superintendent of Police Praises Team's Efforts
Expressing his delight at this significant success, Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Kumar Bajpai lauded the entire team. He announced that all officers and staff who performed excellently would be honored with commendation certificates. SP Bajpai encouraged everyone to continue working with the same dedication, transparency, and promptness in the future.
This initiative by the SP is expected to not only boost the team's morale but also serve as an inspiration for other districts. According to the police department, team members such as Sub-Inspector Rajkishor Mishra, Woman Constable Sonam Goyal, Constable Gaurav Sharma, Constable Ashish Kumar, Woman Constable Pooja, and Woman Constable Pallavi played a special role in achieving this success, bringing pride to Lalitpur Police through their hard work and dedication.
