Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign Launched in Damoh from August 9-17
Damoh district will celebrate 'Har Ghar Tiranga' from August 9-17, 2026, with diverse programs to foster patriotism and national unity.
Nationwide 'Har Ghar Tiranga' Campaign to be Observed in Damoh
To instill the spirit of the nationwide 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav' and strengthen patriotism, the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign will be organized in Damoh district from August 9 to August 17, 2026. Various programs will be conducted under this campaign at tehsil, district headquarters, and village levels.
During a meeting held in Damoh regarding the campaign, In-charge Minister Inder Singh Parmar emphasized ensuring a dignified event. He stated that the primary objectives of this campaign are to promote respect for the Tricolour, foster national unity, and enhance public participation.
Minister Parmar specifically urged maximum participation in the grand Tiranga Yatra scheduled to commence from the tehsil ground on August 13.
Spreading the Spirit of Patriotism
In-charge Minister Shri Parmar stressed that the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign should not be viewed merely as a government event but needs to be embraced by the public as a collective endeavor. He announced that Tiranga Yatras will be organized at tehsil and district headquarters, as well as at every village level, to ensure the spirit of patriotism reaches every citizen.
He called upon all citizens to actively participate in this significant campaign. The meeting was attended by the State Minister (Independent Charge) for Culture, Tourism, Religious Trusts and Endowments, Dharmendra Singh Lodhi; State Minister (Independent Charge) for Anand Department, Lakhan Patel; Chairman of the Madhya Pradesh State Backward Classes Commission, Dr. Ramkrishna Kusmaria; MLA Uma Devi Khatik; BJP District President Shyam Shivhare; District Panchayat President Ranjita Gaurav Patel; Collector Pratap Narayan Yadav; Superintendent of Police Anand Kaladgi; Divisional Forest Officer Ishwar Jarande; Mahesh Patel; CEO District Panchayat Praveen Phulpagare; and other public representatives and officials. Together, they discussed strategies to make the campaign a success.
