A serious road accident occurred on Saturday morning in the Cant police station area of Guna city. A young man, returning after shopping from Nanakhedi Mandi, was struck by a speeding car and critically injured. Raj Singh Kushwah, a resident of Niwai Idgah Badi, was riding his motorcycle towards Purani Mandi.
Hit from Behind by Speeding Car
Near a petrol pump, a white-colored car, moving at high speed, rammed into his motorcycle from behind. The collision was so severe that Raj Singh fell onto the road, sustaining critical injuries to his head, hands, and legs. Promptly, locals rushed the injured youth to the district hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment.
Victim's Condition Critical, Driver Absconds
Despite initial medical attention, Raj Singh's condition remains critical, and doctors are closely monitoring his health. The incident has once again highlighted the grave dangers of speeding and reckless driving in the city. Following the accident, the accused driver fled the scene with the car towards Dashara Maidan.

Eyewitnesses reported that the accused driver sped away in his white car towards Dashara Maidan, making pursuit impossible. The Cant police station has registered a case based on a complaint from the victim's side.
