ITI Bamori's New Building Nears Completion

The Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Bamori, Guna, is set to begin operations in its new building shortly. District Collector Kishore Kumar Kanyal expressed dissatisfaction during a weekly timeline meeting and instructed the concerned PIU and other departments to expedite work on the new facility. The ITI is currently operating from a rented building, necessitating the move.

New Trades to Enhance Skills and Employment

The Collector also emphasized the need for extensive promotion of five new trades commencing from the upcoming session. The aim is to ensure that a greater number of students benefit from these skill training courses and secure employment opportunities. The introduction of these new trades will assist local youth in acquiring advanced skills and finding better jobs, thereby increasing employment prospects in the region.

Focus on Water Supply and Waste Management

During the meeting, water supply arrangements were reviewed, with the PHE department directed to conduct inspections. Additionally, the urban local body has been urged to focus on improving solid waste management. The objective is to maintain cleanliness in the city and adhere to environmental standards.

Swift Resolution of Public Grievances

Reviewing the Chief Minister's Public Faith Campaign, the Collector issued strict orders for the immediate resolution of pending cases under the CM Helpline and Public Service Guarantee on the same day. Applications received during public hearings will be forwarded to the respective departments via Google Sheets and continuously monitored. For applications that cannot be resolved immediately, clear reasons must be provided to maintain transparency and keep citizens informed about the status of their complaints.

Discussions were held on letters received from various commissions and other time-bound cases. Officials were instructed to coordinate and complete all tasks within the stipulated deadlines. The meeting was attended by various departmental officials, including District Panchayat CEO Abhishek Dubey. The Collector directed all tasks to be prioritized and a progress report to be submitted before the next meeting, ensuring government schemes reach the public in a timely manner.
