National Gastro-Astrology Conference Concludes in Lucknow

Lucknow hosted the grand Second Maa Ashtabhuji National Gastro-Astrology Conference on September 19th and 20th, 2026. During this national-level event, Pt. Kripa Ram Upadhyay, a renowned Rajjyotishi (Royal Astrologer) and spiritual leader from Bhopal, was felicitated with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his exceptional contributions to the propagation of Sanatan Dharma and the field of astrology.

The prestigious award was presented to Pt. Upadhyay by Brajesh Pathak, the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. The conference, organized under the leadership of Dr. Rajni Awasthi, saw the participation of over two hundred saints, scholars, and astrological experts from across the country.

Objective and Dignitaries at the Conference

The primary aim of this event was to spread positivity in society through astrological sciences and to promote the preservation of Sanatan culture. Intensive Deliberations on Astrology's Relevance

Over two hundred distinguished individuals, including Pandit Raghav Bhatt, Astro Rajesh Sharma, D.K. Jain, Dr. Diwakaran, Acharya Pooja Awasthi, Acharya Sapna Thakur, Dr. Sushmita Mishra, Omprakash Tripathi, anchor Gargi, Meenu Sharma, Shweta Khilwani, Pandit Prakash Gaur, and Pandit Hariom Joshi, participated in the conference.

The attending scholars engaged in in-depth discussions on preserving Sanatan traditions and the relevance of astrology in the modern context. They also brainstormed measures to bring positivity into society through the science of astrology. During the conference, Pt.
