In Balrampur, District Magistrate Dr. Vipin Kumar Jain interacted with students preparing for Civil Services and Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) examinations under the Chief Minister's Abhyudaya free coaching scheme. The meeting took place on Thursday at the DIET (District Institute of Education and Training).

During the session, Dr. Jain emphasized hard work, discipline, and consistency as paramount for success, discussing their study methods and future aspirations with the aspirants. He motivated them to move towards their goals with full dedication, discipline, and confidence.
He advised the aspirants not to consider limited resources as a deficiency but rather as opportunities for struggle and success. Urging them to maintain a positive outlook and proceed with patience in all circumstances, he clarified that there is no shortcut to success.

Dr. Jain recommended that aspirants focus on regular study, answer writing practice, keeping abreast of current affairs, and effective time management. He suggested approaching competitive exam preparation with a balanced and normal lifestyle rather than a 'robotic' approach.

Development of Modern Study Room and Collectorate Visit Planned
To provide students with a better study environment, the District Magistrate announced the development of a modern study room at DIET Balrampur. This will offer students a calm and well-equipped space for study. Additionally, he outlined plans to arrange visits to the Collectorate for the students.
The objective of these visits is to help them understand administrative procedures, governance systems, and decision-making processes up close. This practical experience will aid aspirants preparing for civil services in developing an administrative perspective.
Significance of the Abhyudaya Scheme
The District Magistrate highlighted the Chief Minister's Abhyudaya Yojana as a significant initiative for economically weaker but talented youth. He stated that the scheme provides such individuals with free quality guidance and better preparation opportunities for competitive examinations.
