District-Level Dairy Conclave in Farrukhabad

Farrukhabad, August 5, 2026 – A district-level dairy conclave was organized at the Vikas Bhawan in Farrukhabad, with its inauguration broadcast live from the headquarters. During this significant event, approval letters were distributed to the beneficiaries of the Chief Minister's Indigenous Cow Promotion Scheme, Mini Nandini Farmer Prosperity Scheme, and Nandini Farmer Prosperity Scheme by the chief guest, Farrukhabad BJP District President Fatehchandra Verma.

Several officials were present as special guests, including Chief Development Officer Vinod Kumar Gaur, Chief Veterinary Officer, Deputy Veterinary Officer, District Economics and Statistics Officer Shailendra Kumar Verma, District Agriculture Officer, Assistant Director Fisheries, and Agricultural Scientist Dr. Arvind Kumar.

Government's Commitment to Farmers

While handing over the approval letters, Chief Guest Fatehchandra Verma extended his best wishes to all the beneficiaries and emphasized the government's continuous and significant contribution to farmers' welfare. He assured that public representatives and officials are always ready to assist farmers in line with the government's intentions.

Promoting Organic Farming and Milk Production

Local subject matter experts shared their insights during the conclave. The Deputy Veterinary Officer highlighted the importance of promoting organic farming among the attending farmers. These schemes are expected to play a crucial role in strengthening the rural economy and increasing farmers' incomes.

Chief Development Officer Vinod Kumar Gaur expressed gratitude to everyone and urged farmers to participate more actively in these schemes. He elaborated on the benefits of the schemes and encouraged farmers to become stakeholders.

Emphasis on Training for Women Farmers

Mr. Aditya Pandey, Cluster Manager at Srijani Mahila Milk Producer Company, provided valuable information to women farmers regarding AMCU training and awareness. He explained how such training can empower women in milk production and marketing. Assistant Manager of Gyan Dairy, R.R. Yadav, was also present.

Nodal officer for the Chief Minister's Indigenous Cow Promotion Scheme, Nandlal Verma, managed the event's arrangements. The conclave was successfully conducted by young literary figure Vaibhav Somvanshi. The primary objective of this conclave was to apprise farmers about the latest technologies and government schemes in the dairy sector, enabling them to enhance their income and achieve self-reliance.
