Law and Order Review in Sensitive Areas

In a move to further strengthen law and order in the Damoh district, Superintendent of Police Shri Anand Kaladgi conducted a foot patrol on Sunday in areas identified as sensitive, namely Kasai Mandi and Noori Nagar. During the inspection, he closely reviewed the security arrangements in the region and provided necessary directives to the police force.

The Superintendent of Police was accompanied by trainee DSP Shri Shiv Prasad Kangali, Station House Officer (SHO) of Kotwali, Shri Manish Kumar, and other police personnel. He reviewed various aspects related to beat policing, crime control, and security arrangements in the area.

Enhanced Security Measures Mandated

Shri Kaladgi instructed the in-charge of Beat No. 2, Shri Brijlal Patel, and the SHO of Kotwali to conduct continuous patrolling in the area to maintain law and order and ensure an effective police presence.

During the inspection, the Superintendent of Police directed the installation of high-quality CCTV cameras at main routes, intersections, and sensitive locations. He believes this will not only aid in crime prevention but also facilitate swift investigation of offenses.

He further stated that maintaining peace, security, and a harmonious environment in the district is the highest priority, and strict action against anti-social elements will continue.

Vigilance on Monitored Individuals

Continuous monitoring has been ordered for monitored miscreants and goons residing in the Kasai Mandi and Noori Nagar areas, which fall under Beat No. 2. The Superintendent of Police emphasized the need for regular verification of these individuals' activities and ensuring immediate, effective action against any suspicious behavior.

He clarified that any element disrupting law and order will not be tolerated and will face the strictest possible action.
