On Friday, September 18, 2026, during his visit to Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, Chief Secretary Ashok Barnwal reviewed the progress of various government schemes. He specifically examined the Swamitva Adhikar Abhilekh Nishpadan Evam Panjiyan Yojana 2026 (Ownership Right Document Execution and Registration Scheme 2026), engaging directly with beneficiaries to understand the intricacies of the registration process.

The primary objective of the Chief Secretary's visit was to ensure the effective implementation of government schemes and to streamline the process of delivering benefits to citizens. He personally observed the ongoing registration process under the Swamitva Yojana. In this regard, he closely observed the registration process of beneficiary Smt. Parvati Bai and obtained information about the necessary documents from witnesses Narendra Chaure and Girdhari Chaure to ensure transparency.

Emphasis on Swamitva Scheme Implementation

During his inspection, the Chief Secretary also visited Gram Panchayat Nimsadiya. Here, he reviewed the implementation status of the Swamitva Yojana and held detailed discussions with the operator of the Public Service Sub-Center regarding the facilities provided to citizens.

He placed special emphasis on the smooth and timely execution of government schemes at the ground level, ensuring that the general public receives their benefits without any hindrance. He stressed the importance of making government services more accessible and user-friendly, so that the public does not face any difficulties.

Assessment of Health Services Availability

In the course of inspecting administrative functions, the Chief Secretary also visited the Ayushman Arogya Mandir sub-health center in Panjra Kalan. He reviewed the inspection registers to assess the status of health services being provided to patients at the center.

He requested a detailed report from the concerned officials regarding the availability of medicines and the overall arrangements at the center. During this, he issued directives to make government services more accessible, ensuring the public does not face any inconvenience. Several senior administrative officials were present during this important visit, including Divisional Commissioner Shrikant Benoath, Collector Somesh Mishra, DIG Santosh Solanki, SP Sai Krishna S. Thota, and District Panchayat CEO Himanshu Jain. The Chief Secretary engaged in thorough discussions with all officials, emphasizing the need to enhance operational effectiveness.
