Traffic Restrictions and Diversions for Budhwa Mangal

The auspicious festival of Budhwa Mangal will be celebrated with great devotion and fanfare on September 22nd at Dandraua Dham, a renowned religious site in the Bhind district. An estimated one million devotees are expected to attend.

In preparation for the large influx of pilgrims, the district police administration has planned extensive security and traffic management measures. Superintendent of Police Suraj Kumar Verma has issued a special advisory to ensure the safety and smooth passage of devotees.

Heavy Vehicle Ban and Traffic Management

As per the administration's directives, a complete prohibition on the entry of heavy vehicles and commercial trucks will be in effect on the main routes leading to Dandraua Dham from September 21st until midnight on September 22nd. This measure is primarily aimed at safeguarding the numerous devotees arriving on foot and preventing potential accidents.

The police have emphasized that the unimpeded movement of pilgrims is their utmost priority. All vehicle drivers have been urged by Superintendent of Police Suraj Kumar Verma to exercise patience and strictly adhere to traffic regulations.

Alternative Routes and Pilgrim Cooperation

Drivers are advised to utilize the alternative routes designated by the police instead of the restricted ones. Compliance with the instructions provided by traffic police personnel deployed at the venue will be mandatory to prevent any disorder.

The administration has appealed to the public for their full cooperation in ensuring the peaceful and safe conclusion of this significant religious event. Local police will maintain continuous surveillance throughout the fair and will be specially deployed to manage the increasing traffic pressure.
