Bhopal: BJP Discusses Preparations for Sant Ravidas Jayanti and Tiranga Campaign

BJP Gears Up for Major Campaigns in Bhopal
The Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) district unit in Bhopal convened its monthly meeting at the state BJP office on Thursday. The meeting extensively discussed preparations for upcoming significant campaigns and जयंती celebrations.
Presided over by District President Shri Ravindra Yati, the meeting finalized the action plan for the 650th birth anniversary of Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Maharaj, the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign running from August 9 to 15, the grand Tiranga Yatra commencing from TT Nagar Stadium on August 9, and the 'Vibhajan Vibhishika Smriti Diwas' (Partition Horrors Remembrance Day) to be observed on August 14.
Campaign Responsibilities Assigned
During the meeting, responsibilities were delegated to party workers at the district and mandal levels to ensure the effective execution of upcoming programs. Shri Chetan Bhargav, District General Secretary, was appointed as the district in-charge for the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign and the Tiranga Yatra. For the programs related to the birth anniversary of Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Maharaj, District General Secretary Shri Mukesh Rai was entrusted with the responsibility.
Detailed discussions were held with district and mandal-level teams for both campaigns, emphasizing the need to make each event grand and historic with public participation. All workers were called upon to utilize their full energy to convey the message of patriotism, social harmony, and national unity to every home.
'Har Ghar Tiranga' as a Mass Movement for Patriotism
“The 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign should not be seen merely as an event, but as a mass movement for patriotism,” stated District President Shri Ravindra Yati. “Every BJP worker will go door-to-door to distribute the Tiranga, further strengthening the spirit of national love and pride.”
Shri Yati also highlighted that the Kalash Yatras organized on the 650th birth anniversary of Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Maharaj will play a crucial role in conveying messages of social harmony, equality, and Indian cultural values to the masses.
Emphasis on Social Unity
District In-charge Shri Jaswant Singh Hada expressed confidence that every BJP worker would execute the campaigns assigned by the organization with utmost sincerity, discipline, and dedication. He believed that the programs for Sant Ravidas Jayanti and the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign would unite all sections of society through national interest and social unity.
Mayor Smt. Malti Rai stated that the people of Bhopal would participate enthusiastically in these campaigns. She urged all workers to dedicate their full energy to ensuring the message of patriotism, social harmony, and national unity reaches every household.
A large number of attendees were present at the meeting, including District In-charge Shri Jaswant Singh Hada, Mayor Smt. Malti Rai, District General Secretaries Shri Mukesh Rai and Shri Chetan Bhargav, Shri Pradeep Shekhawat, district team for the Tiranga campaign, district office bearers, mandal presidents, morcha presidents, corporators, aldermen, cell conveners, mandal general secretaries, and members of the mandal-level campaign teams.
