Gauri Sarovar Illuminates with New High-Mast Lights

A new, modern street lighting system has been officially inaugurated on the southern bank of Gauri Sarovar, considered the heart of Bhind city. Local MLA Narendra Singh Kushwah inaugurated this significant project, which incurred a cost of approximately Rs 38 lakh.

With the activation of this lighting system, the entire southern part of Gauri Sarovar is now bathed in a milky radiance during the evenings, making the area appear more attractive and vibrant than ever before. During the inauguration ceremony, MLA Narendra Singh Kushwah emphasized the project's importance, stating that Gauri Sarovar is not just a landmark of Bhind but a priority to make it a safe and picturesque spot for citizens.

He said that the new lighting system will significantly facilitate movement for visitors and make circumambulating the lake much easier.

The MLA also clarified that work on cleanliness and other civic amenities around the lake will continue uninterrupted, aiming to establish it as a prime tourist attraction. The administration believes these infrastructure enhancements will elevate Bhind's image and boost local tourism.

Citywide Illumination: High-Mast Lights at Intersections

Along with the Gauri Sarovar lighting, 10 new high-mast lights were also inaugurated at various important public spaces and major intersections across Bhind city. The installation of these high-mast lights will ensure better illumination of the city's main roads and intersections during the night, enhancing both aesthetics and nighttime security.

Local residents have warmly welcomed this initiative, viewing it as a crucial and positive step towards the city's beautification. The administration anticipates that the expansion of these facilities will refine Bhind's image and prove instrumental in promoting tourism within the city.
