'Drug-Free Youth-Developed India 2026' Program Held in Bhind

The 'My Bharat Kendra' organized the 'Drug-Free Youth-Developed India 2026' program at Jain College in Bhind district on July 31, 2026. The event served as an inspiring platform for youth enthusiasm, creativity, and social awareness, aiming to keep young people away from drugs and make them active contributors to national development.

Inauguration and Address by Officials

The program was inaugurated by Principal Atul Srivastava. District Child Protection Officer Ajay Saxena, member of the My Bharat Youth Volunteer Selection Committee Harendra Jatav, and District Youth Officer Ashutosh Sahu addressed the youth. They highlighted the ill effects of drugs and emphasized the role of youth in building a healthy and developed India.

Youth Creativity on Display

During the event, youth actively participated in various competitions to showcase their talents. These included slam poetry, debates, painting, slogan writing, short film/reel making, group dance, and street plays. The participation of students and youth from across the district brought the event to life.

Chief Guest and Award Ceremony

The chief guest for the concluding and prize distribution ceremony was Deputy Superintendent of Police Ravindra Vaskle. He honored the winners with prizes and certificates. Chief Legal Aid Officer Hanumant Bohare and Jain College Principal Atul Srivastava were also present on this occasion.

Competition Results and Judges

Experts from various fields served as judges for the competitions. For painting, judges included Saloni Jain, Aakanksha Jain, and Krishna Kumar Chirag. Slam poetry judges were Dr. Sunil Tripathi Nirala, Dr. Gajendra Singh Kushwah, and Dr. Parmar Singh. For short film/reel, judges were Manoj Jain, Ravindra Sharma, and Raj Chaurasia. Debate judges included Prof. Iqbal Ali, Shravan Pathak, and Preeti Vyas. Dance judges were Shivpratap Singh Bhadauria, Rekha Bhadauria, and Gaurav Srivastava.

Competition Winners Announced

In slam poetry, Anshika Mishra secured first place, Bobby Valmiki second, and Vikas Singh third. For slogan writing, Sanjana Bhadauria was first, Tanu Bhadauria second, and Himesh Kumar third. Nikhil Singh won the debate competition. Bhupendra Chauhan took first place in the painting competition, while Bhupendra Upadhyay & Team won the short film/reel competition. Shiv Shakti Dance Academy emerged victorious in group dance, and Nikhil Srivastava & Team won in street play.

Pledge for a Drug-Free Society

At the end of the program, all participating youth took a pledge to build a drug-free society and assured their active contribution to the nation's development. The event was considered highly successful and inspiring in channeling the creative energy of youth towards national interest.
