Revenue Works Review Meeting Held in Bhind

A crucial review meeting of revenue officials was conducted in the Bhind Collectorate auditorium on September 19, 2026. Collector Kiroli Lal Meena presided over the meeting, which aimed to assess administrative and revenue operations within the district.

Senior administrative officials, including the Additional Collector, all SDMs, Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, and the Superintendent of Land Records, were in attendance. The primary objective was to evaluate the progress of various government schemes and ensure the prompt resolution of pending revenue-related cases.

Focus on Scheme Implementation and Pending Cases

Expressing deep concern over the slow progress of crop inspection (Fasal Girdawari), Collector Kiroli Lal Meena issued clear directives to the concerned officials to expedite the process. He ordered Patwaris to visit every household for surveying under the स्वामित्व योजना (Swamitva Yojana) and generate daily reports on the e-KYC process.

SDMs have been tasked with continuously monitoring this entire procedure. Emphasis was also placed on the prompt publication of Swamitva cases after the first notification, ensuring the entry of RoR (Record of Rights) is completed.

Timely Disposal of Revenue Cases and CM Helpline Complaints

The importance of timely resolution for critical revenue matters such as name changes (namaantaran), property division (bantwara), and demarcation (seemankan) was highlighted. The Collector stressed that reports related to the cyber tehsil must be submitted on time, and any delays will be viewed seriously.

Pending cases concerning land allotment were also directed to be resolved on a priority basis to address land-related issues effectively. During the meeting, complaints registered on the CM Helpline were reviewed.

The Collector specifically ordered officials to focus on complaints that have been pending for over a hundred days. These cases were directed to be prioritized for disposal, ensuring that citizens receive timely benefits from government services and that their issues are resolved.

The administrative machinery has been activated to ensure the effective compliance of these directives.
