Bhind, September 7, 2026 - A crucial meeting was held at the Municipal Corporation office in Bhind city on Monday to review pending complaints lodged under the Chief Minister's Helpline (CM Helpline). The meeting was presided over by the Chief Municipal Officer (CMO) of the municipality, Virendra Chakravarty.
During the meeting, all concerned department in-charges and staff were issued strict instructions to ensure prompt and quality resolution of public grievances within the stipulated deadlines. CMO Virendra Chakravarty emphasized that addressing the problems of common citizens is among the highest priorities of the state government.
He made it clear that any level of negligence in this regard will not be tolerated. Specific warnings were issued to officers and employees whose areas of responsibility have seen complaints pending unresolved for extended periods. They were instructed to regularly monitor the CM Helpline portal and effectively resolve cases without any delay.

A significant part of the review meeting involved felicitating employees who had resolved CM Helpline complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. CMO Chakravarty highly praised the work of employees with better performance, boosting their morale through recognition.
The objective behind these awards was to inspire other employees to improve their work methods and perform tasks with promptness, thereby providing better services to citizens. The CMO stated, "The transparent and quality resolution of applications received on the CM Helpline portal is our foremost priority. All officers and staff must follow up on complaints daily and resolve them within the given timeframe."
