District Collector Reviews Pending Cases and Festival Preparations

In a weekly review meeting held at the Bhind Collectorate auditorium on September 21, 2026, Collector Kirodi Lal Meena issued strict instructions for the swift and qualitative resolution of various pending cases related to the Chief Minister's Public Assistance (CM Helpline) and the Sambal Yojana. The meeting was attended by the Additional Collector, Joint Collector, Deputy Collectors, and district officials from various departments.

The Collector ordered all officials to ensure timely responses are registered to provide relief to the public. During the meeting, the Collector also discussed preparations for the upcoming Budhwa Mangal festival. He cautioned deployed officials against any negligence and stressed the importance of ensuring essential facilities for devotees.

Key Directives for Festival and Scheme Implementation

Instructions were given to ensure necessary facilities for devotees, including drinking water, lighting, barricading, electricity supply, and portable toilets. Additionally, photographs of regularly organized activities under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan were to be uploaded to the CM Event Portal. The Chief Medical and Health Officer was tasked with organizing blood donation camps at the district and block levels.

Review of Development-Oriented Schemes

The Collector also reviewed the progress of various government schemes. He directed the District Education Officer to plan the creation of a fifty-foot painting themed 'Developed India'. Furthermore, the progress of various self-employment schemes such as the Udyam Kranti Yojana, PM Svanidhi, PM Vishwakarma, and PMFME was also assessed.

All contractual workers employed in the health department were ordered to be registered under the Prime Minister Shram-Yogi Maandhan (PM Maandhan) scheme. It was ensured that all pending cases of ex-gratia assistance older than one hundred days would be resolved on a priority basis to ensure timely support for eligible beneficiaries.

Adherence to Timelines and Documentation

During the review of TL (Time Limit) letters, all district officials were instructed to register responses within the stipulated deadlines. All pending cases under the CM Helpline and Sambal Yojana are to be resolved promptly and with quality.
