The village of Mathura Bazar in the Tulsipur Assembly constituency of Balrampur district has received a significant development. On Friday, local MLA Kailashnath Shukla inaugurated the newly constructed Panchayat Bhawan, equipped with modern facilities, in the presence of villagers.
