Youth Dialogue Emphasizes Youth's Role in Nation Building

Union Minister for Communications and Northeast Region Development, Jyotiraditya Scindia, stressed the significant role of youth in the nation's reconstruction during a 'Yuva Samvad' (Youth Dialogue) program held at Kranti Veer Tantiya Tope University in Guna. He stated that the goal of making the country a 'Viksit Bharat' (Developed India) by 2047 is achievable through the energy, knowledge, and discipline of the youth.

Scindia urged students to accept the responsibility of nation-building and utilize their capabilities for public service and national interest. He also expressed gratitude to the country's farmers, the 'annadata' (food providers), for their contribution to global food security, recognizing them alongside the 'janmadata' (life-givers) and 'gyandata' (knowledge-givers).

Political Participation and Digital Empowerment for Divyangjan

Responding to a question from student Mahipal Singh about youth participation in politics, the minister described politics as a powerful medium for public service and encouraged active involvement for positive societal change. Discussing the future of divyang (differently-abled) students, Scindia highlighted their immense potential, citing their achievements in sports, including winning gold medals for the nation.

Regarding digital access, the minister noted the rapid expansion of 5G technology in India, which is helping to bridge the digital divide between urban and rural areas.

Appreciation for Innovation and Housing Scheme

During the program, the Union Minister reviewed 3D models of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Missile Technology prepared by students, praising their innovative efforts. This interest in innovation is considered crucial for the development of a 'Viksit Bharat'.

Later, Scindia met with beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Prime Minister's Housing Scheme) in the Jaganpur area. He stated that the construction of multi-storey housing reflects the government's commitment to providing citizens with a dignified life.

The event was attended by In-charge Minister Govind Singh Rajput, District Panchayat President Arvind Dhakad, Collector Kishore Kumar Kanyal, and Superintendent of Police Hitika Vasal, along with other public representatives and officials. Scindia reiterated that the dream of a 'Viksit Bharat' by 2047 can only be realized with collective participation and modern amenities.
