Salkanpur Navratri: 24-Hour Medical and Food Service Pandal to Commence from October 10

Special Arrangements for Navratri Devotees at Salkanpur

Salkanpur, situated on the Narmadapuram-Budhni route, will host special arrangements for the convenience of devotees during the upcoming Navratri festival. This decision was finalized in a significant meeting of the Salkanpur Yatri Seva Samiti, chaired by former MLA Girijashankar Sharma.

A service pandal will be operated for devotees, running continuously from October 10 to October 18. The committee officials highlighted that this service has been successfully conducted for the past seventeen years. This year, all devotees visiting the service pandal will be provided with 24-hour tea, 'farhari' snacks, drinking water, and medical facilities.

Last year, approximately 35,000 devotees benefited from this service camp, and improved arrangements are anticipated this year. The service pandal ensures continuous facilities, with a dedicated medical team providing round-the-clock health services to pilgrims.

24-Hour Facilities Available at the Service Pandal

The medical team stationed at the service pandal will offer health services to devotees 24 hours a day. Additionally, specially prepared 'farhari' food items, tea, and pure drinking water will be available at all times for the devotees. Efforts will be made to ensure that pilgrims do not face any inconvenience during the nine days of Navratri.

Organized with Public Cooperation

This service initiative is entirely based on public cooperation. Committee members collectively bear the necessary financial support for organizing the event. Several members were present at the meeting, including former Zila Panchayat President Bhavanishankar Sharma, Vyapari Sangh President Mahendra Chouksey, Rakesh Faujdar, Abhay Verma, Ajay Saini, Hans Rai, Dinesh Tiwari, Lokesh Tiwari, Govardhan Yadav, Vivek Bhadauria, Sagar Shivhare, Arun Sharma, Ramdas Meena, Deep Singh Rajput, Santosh Upadhyay, Pramod Soni, Mukesh Nagar, Brijesh Sahu, Rajkumar Chouksey, Arpit Malviya, Prashant Shriwas, Mahavir Jain, Sachin Chauhan, Bunty Maurya, and Rajendra Singh.

All members provided valuable suggestions to further enhance the upcoming service operations. The committee expressed confidence that, with the support of the local community, this service endeavor will be successfully completed this year as well. Preparations at the local level have also commenced to ensure that travelers arriving from far and wide during the auspicious occasion of Navratri do not face any difficulties and can smoothly complete their religious rituals.
