Retired Teachers Foster Talent and Motivation at Bal Sabha

The Cliff News | August 8, 2026 In Narsinghgarh, the Retired Teachers Forum successfully organized a 'Bal Sabha' (Children's Assembly) on the second Saturday of August at Mudgal Government Primary School, Baradwari. The event aimed to observe and inspire the young students' talents and their enthusiasm for education.

Children Showcase Creativity and Enthusiasm

During the Bal Sabha, children captivated the audience by displaying their creativity through art, and by presenting engaging stories, poems, and amusing anecdotes. The Retired Teachers Forum members distributed educational materials to further boost the children's spirits.

Rajendra Seera and Mahendra Vyas from the Forum were present at the event. Representing the school, Mrs. Rekha Parihar and Mrs. Nidhi Maran also participated.

Children Exhibit Diverse Talents

Children actively participated in the program, showcasing their artistic abilities through drawings that clearly reflected their imagination and attention to detail. Some children created vibrant artwork on canvas, depicting their unique ideas and creative thinking.

Furthermore, the stories, poems, and humorous tales presented by the children delighted everyone present. These performances not only boosted the children's confidence but also brought smiles to the faces of the audience, bringing a joyful atmosphere.

Educational Materials Boost Motivation

To encourage the children's creativity and presentation skills, the Retired Teachers Forum distributed educational materials. These materials are intended to inspire children to continue learning and exploring new subjects.

The Forum members emphasized that such materials serve not only as a source of knowledge but also as a strong motivator for the children. During the distribution, Forum members interacted personally with the children to understand their interests, aiming to organize similar programs in the future.

Consistent Engagement Initiative

The Retired Teachers Forum's initiative to visit the school on a Saturday each month for direct engagement with the children is commendable. The Forum aims to provide children with educational resources while offering emotional support and inspiration.

These regular meetings help build a strong bond between the children and the teachers, encouraging the children to view the Forum members as mentors. Such activities play a crucial role in the holistic development of children and inspire them to take a greater interest in education. This month's Bal Sabha continued this tradition, leaving a positive impact on the children's lives.
