Devotional Spectacle in Aron for Jaljhulni Ekadashi

Aron, Madhya Pradesh | September 22, 2026 - A unique blend of religious devotion and enthusiasm was witnessed in the town of Aron on the auspicious occasion of Jaljhulni Ekadashi. Deities' palanquins (viman) from various temples across the town were brought to Shri Vijay Hanuman Temple, marking the commencement of a magnificent procession.

The grand procession traversed through Purana Bazaar, Purana Chowk, Main Market, and Gulabganj Chowk, eventually reaching the water revelry site via Das Hanuman Temple and Siyaram Road. Devotees were seen immersed in devotion throughout the procession, with people showering flowers at various points along the route to welcome the palanquins.

The deities' water ritual, Jal Vihar, was performed with Vedic rituals at the designated site within the Navin Maruti Manas Bhavan. Special aartis and pujas were conducted by the priests of the palanquins. Following the religious ceremonies, all the palanquins have been housed at the Sanatan Dharma Mandal Trust Aron's Navin Maruti Manas Bhavan for two days.

Special religious programs were organized at the Manas Bhavan during the night. A massive crowd of devotees continued to arrive until late at night to catch a glimpse of the deities. The atmosphere throughout the town resonated with devotional songs and chants.

A large number of town residents participated in this Jaljhulni Ekadashi festival, showcasing their faith. This significant event of Sanatan Dharma disseminated a message of unity and devotion within the town. Necessary arrangements for security and management were ensured at the event venue, facilitating peaceful darshan for the devotees.
