Local residents warmly welcomed and felicitated him with garlands. Citizens expressed hope that under the new in-charge's leadership, law and order in the area would be further strengthened, and with improved coordination between the police and the public, problems would be resolved on a priority basis.

Lack of Basic Amenities in Goutariya, Villagers Distressed
Meanwhile, villagers in Dubey Purva Tamahi, a hamlet of Goutariya village in the Rupedih block of Gonda district, are experiencing intense anger due to a lack of basic amenities. The northern section of the area lacks a proper accessible route for approximately two hundred families.
Despite the presence of a government path (chakroad), villagers face significant difficulties in their daily commute. Local residents, including Babloo Dubey, Dwarika Prasad, Munnalal, and Sandeep Kumar Dubey, stated that this problem becomes even more severe during the monsoon season. Reaching the main road becomes extremely difficult due to mud and waterlogging.
Villagers allege that elected representatives only make electoral promises and forget the area's problems after winning elections. Amidst government claims of development, the residents of Goutariya are still compelled to struggle for a paved road. An appeal is being made to the administration for a swift resolution to this fundamental issue.
