Minister Uday Pratap Singh Assesses Narsinghpur Visit Preparations

Minister for Transport and School Education, Uday Pratap Singh, conducted a comprehensive review of the preparations underway in Narsinghpur for the proposed visit of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. He held a crucial meeting with administrative officials and conducted a site inspection to ensure the smooth execution of the program scheduled for Sunday, October 11th.

During his visit, Minister Uday Pratap Singh made an unannounced inspection of the preparations at the event venue. Collector Rajni Singh and Superintendent of Police Dr. Rishikesh Meena briefed the minister on various aspects related to the Chief Minister's arrival. The minister specifically emphasized security arrangements, issuing clear directives to the officials.

He stressed the importance of meticulous attention to critical points such as the smooth flow of traffic, helipad construction, barricading, availability of drinking water, guest reception, and catering arrangements. The minister also provided detailed guidelines regarding electricity supply, ambulance services, medical facilities, stage construction, seating arrangements, and green rooms.

The minister instructed officials from all concerned departments to establish mutual coordination to prevent any disorder at any level, ensuring the Chief Minister's visit is successful and dignified. Present at the meeting were Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat, Gajendra Singh Nagesh, Divisional Officer of the Education Department from Jabalpur, and district-level officers from various departments.

The district administration has assured that strict security arrangements will be in place for the Chief Minister's arrival and is now focused on finalizing all preparations. The minister urged officials to ensure that all tasks are completed within the stipulated deadlines.
