Joint Police-Revenue Teams Dispatched for Revenue Case Resolution

Mahoba, August 8, 2026 - A 'Samadhan Diwas' (Resolution Day) was organized on Saturday at the Azner police station premises in Mahoba district, presided over by Anuruddh Pratap Singh, Circle Officer of Kulpahad. During the event, three complaints related to the revenue department were received.

For the quick and effective resolution of these grievances, joint teams comprising officials from the Revenue and Police departments were formed and dispatched to the respective locations. The grievances of the attendees were listened to with seriousness.

Police Circle Officer Anuruddh Pratap Singh instructed the concerned officials to ensure impartial and time-bound action in all cases. He emphasized that the resolution of revenue disputes should be prioritized to prevent unnecessary hardship for ordinary citizens.

Emphasis on Swift Resolution of Revenue Disputes

Also present during the meeting were Naib Tehsildar Kulpahad, Maulik Kumar, and Station House Officer of Azner police station, Radheshyam Singh. They provided necessary directives to the joint teams, urging them to conduct impartial investigations of the complaints and take active steps towards their resolution.

The primary objective of this 'Samadhan Diwas' is to facilitate the prompt resolution of problems related to government services for the public. Special priority was given to revenue-related matters, as they directly concern people's livelihoods and property.

It was ensured that the constituted joint teams would conduct immediate physical verification of the received complaints and attempt to resolve them on the spot. If immediate resolution of a case is not possible, a clear action plan should be prepared, and a timeline for its future resolution should be established.

All sub-inspectors of the respective jurisdictions, Kanoongos, Lekhpals, and other officials and staff from the Revenue and Police departments were present on this occasion.
