Suchchapura Achieves Historic 100% Registration Under CM Registry Scheme

Suchchapura village in Bhind district has achieved a historic feat by completing 100% free e-registration under the Chief Minister Registry scheme. This initiative provides villagers with legal ownership of their property, bringing prosperity and security.

On the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras, a special campaign saw the final two beneficiaries, Mrs. Ramrati Devi and Mrs. Asha Devi, have their registrations completed by the Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Rakesh Shukla. Suchchapura is now the first village in the Gormi tehsil to complete registrations for all eligible properties under the ownership scheme.

Empowering Villagers Through Legal Ownership

Minister Rakesh Shukla stated that this significant initiative by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav is bringing prosperity to rural families. The government is covering the stamp duty and registration fees, thereby reducing the financial burden on the villagers.

The minister emphasized that acquiring legal property documents will reduce disputes related to land and houses, strengthening the financial stability of families. The Chief Minister Registry Scheme is not only enhancing the dignity of villagers but also empowering them by making them legal owners of their land, ushering in a new era of security and development in rural areas.
