Former Minister Hanumant Singh Bids Tearful Farewell, Thousands Pay Tributes

Balrampur, July 28, 2026 - Former Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister, senior advocate, renowned social worker, and beloved leader Hanumant Singh was given a tearful farewell in Balrampur on Tuesday. His passing was mourned by public representatives, social activists, party officials, and thousands of well-wishers who visited his residence in Balrampur to express their condolences.

All paid floral tributes to his mortal remains, offering heartfelt tributes and participating in the funeral procession and last rites, bidding him adieu with tear-filled eyes. A Life Dedicated to Public Service

D.P. Singh stated that the former minister's entire life was dedicated to public service, justice, social harmony, and national interest. He added that his simple personality, gentle demeanor, loyalty to the organization, and affection for every section of society made him a beloved leader among the masses.

His demise was described not only as an irreparable loss for the Balrampur district but for the entire state. He further remarked that the ideals, struggles, service, and dedication to public welfare of the late Hanumant Singh will forever inspire society and the younger generation.

Tribute Meeting Held at BJP Office

A condolence meeting was also organized at the Bharatiya Janata Party District Office, Atal Bhavan, under the presidentship of District President Ravi Kumar Mishra, to mark the demise of the party's senior leader and former Uttar Pradesh Minister of Sugarcane, the venerable Shri Hanumant Singh Ji.

Party officials and workers present at the meeting paid floral tributes to his portrait and offered heartfelt condolences. A two-minute silence was observed to pray for the peace of the departed soul. Speakers recalled the personality and achievements of the venerable Hanumant Singh Ji, stating that he dedicated his entire life to the organization, society, and public service. His simplicity, diligence, loyalty to the organization, and dedication to the public will always remain a source of inspiration for all workers.
