Dispute Over Electric Pole Installation Erupts in Haswa
A dispute has flared up between two factions in Haswa town, located in the Thariyanv police station area of Fatehpur district, Uttar Pradesh. Local resident Mohammad Shabbir alleges that some individuals are forcibly attempting to install an electric pole directly outside his newly constructed house.
In connection with this matter, Mohammad Shabbir approached the District Magistrate's office, seeking an impartial investigation and appropriate action. In his petition to the District Magistrate, Shabbir stated that his old house had collapsed during the rains, prompting him to commence new construction work.
Allegations of Targeted Harassment
During this period, his neighbors, identified as Idris, Mujeeb alias Monu, Mahboob, and the Gram Pradhan Mohammad Rashid alias Bablu, collectively began efforts to install an electric pole in front of his house. Shabbir claims that despite ample vacant space being available for pole installation, his house is being deliberately targeted.
Previous Complaints Ignored, Threats Alleged
The victim further alleged that he had previously filed complaints regarding this matter three times, but no satisfactory action has been taken to date. Moreover, Shabbir claims he was threatened with being framed in a false case via the police while his house's roof slab was being poured.
He has appealed to the District Magistrate to conduct a thorough investigation into the entire incident and take strict legal action against the culprits. Shabbir also requested protection from being implicated in any false cases.
