Preparations are in full swing for a proposed massive public meeting by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in the 301 Gaura assembly constituency. The administrative machinery has become active for this gathering, scheduled to be held in Tejpur village, block Chhapia, near Singar Ghat on the Visuhi river.

Site Inspection and Security Directives

To ensure the Chief Minister's visit is conducted smoothly and in an organized manner, District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan, along with senior officials, conducted a thorough inspection of the rally site. During this inspection, officials reviewed the progress of the stage construction for the meeting.

Focus on Safety and Logistics

Crucial directives were issued regarding stringent security measures at the venue, smooth traffic management, and vehicle parking arrangements. With the Chief Minister's potential arrival, the administration's primary focus is on making the public meeting completely organized and secure. Meticulous attention is being paid to every aspect of crowd management and the security perimeter.

District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan placed special emphasis on water supply and sanitation facilities for attendees, stating that robust arrangements must be made for these. She explicitly instructed the concerned officials to complete all preparations within the stipulated timelines. She also cautioned against any negligence in the quality of work or arrangements.

Present during the inspection were the Superintendent of Police, Chief Development Officer, Additional Superintendent of Police, Additional District Magistrate, and engineers from the Public Works Department. They were directed to ensure the timely execution of responsibilities assigned to various departments to facilitate the successful completion of the program.

Local Party Involvement

Alongside administrative preparations, local office bearers and workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are also engaged in finalizing the rally arrangements. The administration asserts that the local residents will not face any inconvenience during the public meeting. The administrative team is fully alert amidst strict security arrangements and is committed to the success of the event.
