Addressing Diverse Citizen Complaints

For all these cases, the Collector issued clear orders to the concerned departmental officials to take immediate and effective action. It was emphasized that following the resolution of each complaint, applicants should be thoroughly informed about the actions taken. This transparency aims to save applicants from repeated visits to the office and keep them directly updated on the status of their problem resolution.
Ensuring Systematic Resolution and Applicant-Centric Approach
All applications received by the administration have been recorded under a systematic process. Respective officials have been duly assigned responsibilities for the effective and timely resolution of these applications. The public grievance redressal session was organized with the intention of listening to the public's problems and ensuring their priority-based resolution, so they receive justice and can overcome their daily life difficulties.
