Basic Education Training Concludes in Mahoba, Emphasis on Nipun Bharat Mission

Mahoba | August 8, 2026 - The five-day block-level FLN (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy) training program, organized at the District Institute for Education and Training (DIET), Charkhari, successfully concluded on Saturday with the distribution of certificates. The crucial training aimed to build a strong educational foundation for primary-level children and prepare them for the future.

The training commenced on August 3, 2026, with enthusiastic participation from 25 ARP (Academic Resource Person) and KRP (Key Resource Person) teachers from various development blocks of Mahoba district. These educators were trained in new teaching methodologies and child-centric pedagogy to enhance children's learning experiences in their schools.

Emphasis on New Teaching Methods and Educational Innovations

During the training program, experts provided detailed information on new teaching methodologies based on NCERT textbooks, effective use of teaching materials, the New Education Policy-2020, and the provisions of NCF-2023. Participants were also made aware of various educational aspects related to achieving Nipun targets.

The sessions were conducted by Ramashankar Verma (ARP), Manoj Kumar Anuragi (SRG), Jay Ram Kutar (Spokesperson), and Manish Keshwani (Spokesperson), who also addressed the teachers' queries.

Strong Foundation in Basic Education and Nipun Bharat Mission

The concluding ceremony was presided over by DIET Principal K.L. Gautam, where certificates were awarded to the trained teachers. Principal Gautam highlighted the importance of FLN training, stating its primary objective is to build a strong foundation in basic literacy and numeracy for primary-level children.

He urged the trained teachers to effectively utilize the knowledge and skills acquired during the training in their respective schools to achieve the goals of the Nipun Bharat Mission.
