Academic Support Classes Inaugurated at Navin Vikas Vidyalaya

The branch 2 of Navin Vikas Vidyalaya, located in Keshari Nagar, Patna, ceremoniously inaugurated its academic support classes on Saturday, August 26, 2026. This initiative aims to provide students with supplementary educational assistance and ensure their all-round development.

The grand opening was marked by the ribbon-cutting ceremony performed by the Chief Guest, Mr. Amit Raj, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Patna. He was accompanied by the renowned science teacher and recipient of the State Teacher Award 2025, Dr. Wilfred Henry, and DIET lecturer Dr. Pramod Shankar, both of whom lauded this significant endeavor.

Fostering Academic Excellence and Talent

In his address, Dr. Wilfred Henry highlighted the latent talent among Bihar's students. He emphasized the teacher's duty to guide students towards success and stated that these classes offer an excellent platform for students to hone their abilities.

The school's director, Anil Prasad Singh, explained that the primary objective behind initiating these academic support classes is to promote the holistic development of students. He added that this initiative would not only address their academic weaknesses but also foster their creative and intellectual capabilities.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries from Patna, parents, students, and teachers, who enhanced the event's grandeur. Colorful cultural performances by the students enthralled all attendees and filled the atmosphere with excitement.

Significant contributions to the successful organization of the event were made by Dayashankar Upadhyay, Chandrakant Pandey, Anil Kumar, Suvima Kumari, Rakhi Kumari, Reena Singh, Purnima Chaudhary, Savita Sharma, Pooja Kumari, and Sangeeta Kumari, along with Saraswati Devi and Prabhavati Devi.
