Procession Demands Liberation of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi

On the occasion of the 12th death anniversary of Rashtra Sant Mahant Avaidyanath Maharaj, the Vishva Hindu Mahasangh (Ghaziabad unit) organized a grand procession to demand the liberation of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi from encroachment.

The event took place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the call of State President Bhikari Prajapati and State President Dharmacharya Dr. Hariom Pathak. The chief guests at the program included Dudheshwar Peethadheeshwar Mahant Narayan Giri Maharaj, Machhendra Puri Maharaj, and Ghaziabad MLA Sanjeev Sharma. All guests first paid tribute to the late Rashtra Sant Mahant Avaidyanath Maharaj.

Route and Attractions of the Grand Procession

Following the tributes, they flagged off the procession aimed at freeing Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi from encroachment. The procession commenced from Utsav Bhawan, Railway Road, Vijay Nagar, and culminated at the Ramlila Ground in Sector-12, near Balaji Property in Pratap Vihar, passing through Vijayanagar Police Station, Samrat Chowk, and Lilawati Public School.

Hundreds of office bearers and workers of the Vishva Hindu Mahasangh, local residents, and women carrying kalash (water pots) participated in the rally. Special attractions included various tableaux, the kalash yatra, saffron flags, DJs, musical bands, decorated horses, chariots, and a tableau of 'Bulldozer Baba', which greatly captivated the public.

Key Demand for Liberation

Rajendra Sharma, Regional General Secretary of Western Uttar Pradesh for the Vishva Hindu Mahasangh, and District President Manoj Nagar reiterated their primary demand for the liberation of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi from encroachment.

"Kanhaiya and Nandi will no longer be imprisoned," they stated.

Chants of "Krishna Lala hum aayenge, Mathura mukt karaenge" (We will come, Krishna, and liberate Mathura) infused energy and enthusiasm among the assembled devotees of Sanatan Dharma.

Numerous dignitaries, hundreds of office bearers, workers, and the general public were present during the procession, including Suresh Chand Sharma, Krishan Kumar, Dr. Sunil Sharma, social worker Rajesh Pathak, Rahul Pradhan, Virendra Singh, Virendra Gupta, Sunil Sharma, Sarvesh Sharma, Devendra Chauhan, Sanjeev Malik, Abhinav Kaushik, Gopal Gautam, Deepak Tyagi, Deepak Sharma, Satish Bhati, RP Singh Raghav, Rotash Singh Chauhan, Rakesh Kumar Tomar, Ashish Singh, Vinay Sharma, Amit Sharma, Nitin Sharma, Vivek Rastogi, Anuj Agarwal, Neeraj Agarwal, Santosh Saxena, Vivek Sharma, Pyarelal Dabral, Kushalanand Dangwal, Bhagat Singh Manral, Santosh Gupta, Radhe Shyam Tomar, Dr. Shiv Vrat Singh, Kanchan Sharma, Renu, Hemlata, Manju Devi, Radha Singh Rajput, Poonam Chaudhary, Kiran Singh, Kamlesh Tomar, Jayveer Bhadana, and Satveer Gurjar.
