Surprise Inspection of Municipal Facilities in Guna

In compliance with directives issued during a review meeting of urban bodies by Guna Collector Kishore Kumar Kanyal, the local administration has taken proactive steps by conducting surprise inspections of various key sites of the Guna Municipality. This initiative aims to bolster cleanliness and emergency service capabilities.

Detailed Inspection of Garbage Collection Vehicles

During the inspection, Deputy Collector Divyanshu Shivhare meticulously reviewed all door-to-door garbage collection vehicles. Clear instructions were given to ensure all garbage collection vehicles are fully compliant with the provisions of the Solid Waste Management (SWM) Rules 2026. Discussions also covered points related to the Swachh Bharat Mission, with directions to provide complete information regarding the mission in the coming days.

Fire Station Under Scrutiny

Following the inspection of garbage vehicles, the Deputy Collector visited the fire station located at Dashahra Maidan. A thorough assessment of the current condition of all fire tenders present was conducted. The directive was to ensure that all fire tenders stationed at the fire station are fully functional and well-equipped to effectively manage any emergency situation.

Officials and Staff Present

Present during this administrative action were Municipal Engineers Nitin Chandel, Shakeel Khan, and Dharmendra Dhakad. Additionally, Jai Dahia from the West Management Team and all relevant vehicle drivers were also present at the scene. The administration has instructed that officials be continuously monitored for compliance with these directives in the future.
