Springdales School Hosts 'Seva Sankalp' Event

Narmadapuram, September 23, 2026 – Springdales Senior Secondary School in Narmadapuram organized a special event as part of its 'Seva Sankalp' (Service Pledge) campaign. The initiative saw students participating in painting and elocution competitions, expressing their creativity and thoughts on crucial themes like social responsibility and sensitivity.

Art and Oratory Showcase Social Responsibility

The event aimed to heighten students' awareness of their duties towards society. It commenced with the garlanding of Mother Saraswati's portrait and the lighting of a lamp. Principal Mona Chatterjee welcomed the guests, who included Vikas Narolia, a member of the Telecom Advisory Committee of the Government of India, and Sachin Tomar, BJP Block President.

During the painting competition, students beautifully depicted themes of service, sensitivity, and social responsibility through their artworks. Similarly, in the elocution competition, students presented their understanding of these serious subjects with powerful thoughts and impactful words. These competitions not only highlighted the students' imagination and creative skills but also instilled in them a sense of their societal obligations.

Guests Inspire Social Service

In his address, Vikas Narolia stated that 'Seva Sankalp' is more than just a campaign; it is a continuous inspiration to understand societal responsibilities and translate them into positive actions. He emphasized the importance of developing national spirit and a sense of responsibility towards society in students.

Sachin Tomar also encouraged the students to fulfill their duties towards society and contribute positively. The teachers played a commendable role in making the event a success. Ritu Kapure guided the painting competition, while Anjuli Choubey took charge of the elocution competition. Mahinder Kaur expertly hosted the program. This event provided students with an opportunity to showcase their talents and strengthened their commitment to social service.
