Preparations Finalized for 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan'
A high-level meeting was held at the Circuit House in Bareilly on Wednesday, chaired by Minister for Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development, Dharmpal Singh. The meeting aimed to finalize preparations for the upcoming 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan,' scheduled to run from September 17 to October 17, 2026.
Senior administrative officials from the district also participated, discussing various aspects of the campaign. During the meeting, Minister Dharmpal Singh provided crucial directives to officials.
Key Directives Issued for Public Welfare
The Minister emphasized ensuring the availability of DAP fertilizer in the district, reviewing the impact of Lumpy Skin Disease, and ordering the immediate repair of roads damaged by recent rainfall. He instructed concerned department officials to find swift and effective solutions to prevent inconvenience to the public.
'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' to Showcase Achievements and Foster National Spirit
Minister Dharmpal Singh stated that the primary objective of the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' is to disseminate the achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's twenty-five years of public service to the general populace. The campaign seeks to connect citizens with the national resolve of 'Developed India-2047'.
Special emphasis was placed on the effective implementation of public welfare schemes and the review of development works. The campaign will feature various programs, including blood donation camps, toolkit distribution, felicitation of Anganwadi and ASHA workers, healthy baby competitions, and health camps.
Special Programs to Enhance Citizen Engagement
The 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' will also include special programs such as 'Seva Jyoti Kalash Yatra,' 'Seva Setu,' and 'Sushasan Seva Samvad.' These events are designed to foster dialogue among citizens and improve access to government services.
Specific programs related to service and public participation are also planned for each assembly constituency to ensure grassroots involvement. The District Magistrate informed the meeting that responsibilities have been assigned to all officials to ensure the campaign's success, with robust arrangements being made for event organization.
Nawabganj MLA Dr. MP Arya, Senior Superintendent of Police Anurag Arya, and other public representatives were also present. All attendees stressed the importance of mutual coordination and cooperation for the campaign's success, acknowledging its role in translating government priorities into tangible actions on the ground.
