Meeting Finalizes Action Plan and Organizational Programs

A crucial meeting of the managing executive of the Acharya Kalyan Sangh, Sagar, was held at Jageshwar Dham, Bandakpur, on August 2, 2026. During this meeting, the upcoming three-month action plan and a calendar of various organizational programs were finalized. Key decisions included launching membership drives at district and divisional levels, forming five-member teams to expand the organization and enhance its financial stability through membership fees.

Financial Approvals and Senior Teacher Reinstatement Demands

Following a review of the previous meeting's minutes, the income and expenditure reports were unanimously approved. A significant agenda item was addressing the issues faced by teachers and presenting them to the government. The Sangh decided to submit memorandums to local MPs, MLAs, and the District Collector.

Specifically, a strong demand was raised with the Saraswati Shiksha Parishad, Mahakosal Prant, Jabalpur, for the reinstatement and extension of service for senior teachers who have been retired upon reaching the age of 58. The Sangh believes this will provide economic and social security to affected teachers and allow the education sector to continue benefiting from their experience.

Protest Warning Issued

The Sangh officials issued a clear warning that if a positive decision on this critical demand is not made promptly, the Acharya Kalyan Sangh will be compelled to launch a widespread public protest through democratic means. They stated they would not hesitate to fight in the courts and on the streets.

The responsibility for this potential protest has been placed squarely on the Saraswati Shiksha Parishad, Mahakosal Prant, Jabalpur. All managing executive officials, including Shri Veer Singh Thakur, Shri Naval Kishore Yadav, Shri Sundar Singh Thakur, Shri Sukhram Namdev, Shri Ramesh Kumar Sahu, Shri Mahendra Kumar Dwivedi, Shri Pyarelal Prajapati, Shri Pramod Singh Thakur, and Shri Mahesh Prasad Mishra, were present at the meeting.

Honoring Trustees and Concluding the Meeting

At the conclusion of the program, the trustees of Jageshwar Dham were honored with shawls and coconuts, and their blessings were sought. The meeting ultimately concluded with a vote of thanks.
