Surprise Inspection in Gram Vrindavan

Additional Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Manjusha Khatri of the Aaron sub-division in Guna district conducted a surprise inspection of government institutions in Gram Vrindavan on July 29, 2026. The inspection covered primary and middle schools, an Anganwadi center, and a sub-health center, aiming to assess their operational status, educational standards, and healthcare facilities.

Concerns Over Student Attendance

During the inspection of the Government Middle School, SDM Khatri directly engaged with the students, inquiring about their studies and activities. She expressed significant dissatisfaction upon observing low student attendance. SDM Khatri reprimanded the school in-charge and teachers, issuing strict directives to improve attendance and strengthen the inclusive education system.

Focus on Health Services

SDM Manjusha Khatri also evaluated the health facilities at the sub-health center in Gram Vrindavan, providing necessary guidance to the concerned officials. She mandated regular weekly health check-ups for Anganwadi and school children, emphasizing the importance of personal and environmental hygiene. The doctor at the sub-health center was instructed to raise awareness among locals about preventing the spread of diseases and ensure adequate treatment arrangements.

Improvements Mandated at Anganwadi

At the Anganwadi center, the SDM directed the Anganwadi worker to ensure sufficient teaching and recreational materials were available for the children's activities. She also issued strict instructions regarding child attendance, the quality of nutritious meals provided, and the proper maintenance of attendance registers.

Ensuring Accountability

The surprise inspection was attended by Executive Magistrate Aaron Amit Jain, school staff, and other personnel. This action is expected to enhance accountability within government institutions and lead to improvements in their overall functioning.
