This decision has been made concerning pole shifting work by a contractor on the Bus Stand feeder. The objective of this significant undertaking is to improve the power distribution system and ensure uninterrupted electricity supply to consumers. According to the electricity department, this power cut will be in effect from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

During this period, electricity will not be available in areas connected to the 11 KV Bus Stand feeder. The department has urged general consumers to complete their essential tasks during the time when the power supply is expected to be normal, to avoid inconvenience. Additionally, power services will also be affected in Teacher Colony, Galla Mandi, Shanti Dham Marg, and Balbatpura.
