Municipal President Issues Stern Warning to Sewerage Company

Narmadapuram Municipal President Neetu Mahendra Yadav has taken a firm stance against the negligent conduct of a sewerage company named Bhuggan Infra. The company's employees have been accused of damaging potable water pipelines while excavating city roads and failing to carry out timely repairs and restoration, causing significant hardship to the public.

Following a recent incident at Meenakshi Chowk, the Municipal President has issued an ultimatum to the company to complete the repair work immediately, warning of an FIR if they fail to comply. According to reports, widening work is underway at Meenakshi Chowk. During this period, the sewerage company irresponsibly damaged a potable water pipeline without prior notice to the municipality.

Residents Face Inconvenience Due to Road Excavation

This damage necessitated the excavation of a large pit on the road, leading to traffic disruption and frequent congestion. The company has been consistently neglecting the restoration of this pit, causing considerable inconvenience to citizens. The Municipal President has directly instructed the officials and employees of Bhuggan Infra to expedite the restoration work at Meenakshi Chowk.

Accountability Demanded for Development Projects

She emphasized that addressing the inconvenience faced by the public is the top priority. If the work is not completed within the stipulated time and negligence continues, strict action will be taken against the company, including filing an FIR.
