High-Level Meeting Held in Bareilly
A high-level meeting, chaired by Minister for Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development, Dharmpal Singh, was held at the circuit house in Bareilly on Wednesday. The primary objective was to finalize preparations for the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan', scheduled to run from September 17 to October 17, 2026.
Senior administrative officers and public representatives from the district were present, engaging in detailed discussions on various aspects of the campaign. Minister Dharmpal Singh issued directives to ensure the availability of DAP fertilizer and to review the impact of Lumpy Skin Disease.
He also emphasized the need for immediate repair of roads damaged by rain to prevent any inconvenience to the general public. The meeting underscored the importance of coordinating efforts to implement government priorities at the grassroots level.
'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' Aims to Connect Public with National Vision
The core objective of the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' is to disseminate the achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 25-year public service tenure to the masses. Through this campaign, various programs will be organized to connect citizens with the national vision of 'Developed India-2047'.
This initiative seeks to ensure grassroots development by directly linking different sections of society with government schemes and programs. The campaign aims to foster a sense of collective participation in nation-building.
Diverse Events Planned Under the Abhiyan
The campaign will feature a range of significant events, including blood donation camps, tool-kit distributions, felicitation of Anganwadi and ASHA workers, healthy baby competitions, and health camps. Additionally, programs like 'Seva Jyoti Kalash Yatra', 'Seva Setu', and 'Sushasan Seva Samvad' will be organized to further enhance access to government services.
The District Magistrate informed the meeting that responsibilities have been clearly defined for all concerned officials to ensure the smooth success of these events. Prominent attendees included Nawabganj MLA Dr. MP Arya and Senior Superintendent of Police Anurag Arya, along with other public representatives.
