SP Conducts Virtual Public Hearing

In a significant step towards the swift and effective resolution of public grievances, Superintendent of Police (SP) Mahoba, Mr. Shashank Singh, organized a virtual public hearing from the Mahoba Police Office via Google Meet on Tuesday.

The innovative initiative aimed to directly listen to the problems of ordinary citizens and make the police machinery more proactive in resolving them. All Circle Officers, Station House Officers, and other relevant police officials from the district joined the virtual hearing online.

Review and Directives for Grievance Redressal

During the public hearing, the SP conducted a thorough review of the progress of each case. He directly communicated with the concerned Station House Officers to ascertain the status of pending matters and issued necessary directives for their prompt and effective resolution.

Mr. Shashank Singh clearly instructed that the resolution of all complaints must be ensured in a transparent, quality-driven, impartial, and within the stipulated time frame manner.

The Superintendent of Police emphasized that the primary objective of the public hearing is to deliver justice to ordinary citizens and further strengthen their faith in the police system. He stressed the importance of avoiding any unnecessary delays in resolving complaints and stated that effective action must be taken in each case while fully adhering to legal procedures.

Message of Police Commitment

Through this virtual public hearing, the Mahoba Police administration has once again sent a clear message that the police are fully committed to resolving the problems of the public.

The regular monitoring of the grievance redressal process and the use of such technological mediums are important efforts to bring the police closer to the citizens and make them more accountable towards their problems. This will not only ensure timely resolution of complaints but also increase the public's trust in the police.
