The 7th Battalion of the Special Armed Force (Visbal), under the Madhya Pradesh Police in Bhopal, organized an extensive tree-planting drive at Lal Parade Ground on August 4, 2026. Led by Commandant Shri Hitesh Chaudhary, the initiative aimed to foster a greener campus and promote a cleaner environment.

Preparations for Independence Day Meet Green Efforts
Several senior officers and jawans participating in the upcoming Independence Day parade on August 15, 2026, joined the tree-planting event. Preparations for this year's Independence Day parade are in full swing, yet police personnel dedicated valuable time to this socially and environmentally beneficial activity.
The participation of Parade Commander SDOP Shri Aditya Singhariya, SDOP Shri Jaiden Lingjerpa, Parade Second-in-Command (2IC) DSP Shri Hemant Kumar, DSP Ms. Pratima Jain, along with platoon commanders, Deputy Commandant Shri Daniel Joseph, Adjutant Shri Tarun Patle, and other officers and staff of the 7th Battalion, added significant dignity to the occasion.

During the event, approximately 200 officers and staff collectively planted over 300 saplings of various tree species. The objective was to enhance greenery and strengthen the local ecosystem.
